What is included in a regular clean?+
Your windows, frames, sills and front door are included. Additional external doors are £2 each.
How often will you visit?+
Harber’s regular Scholars Meadows round is approximately every five weeks. I’ll let you know when your clean has been completed.
What happens if the weather is bad?+
Light rain usually doesn’t affect a pure-water clean. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, I’ll rearrange your visit.
Do I need to be at home?+
No. As long as I can safely access the windows being cleaned, you don’t need to be home.
How can I pay?+
You can pay after your clean by bank transfer or card. There are no contracts and no need to leave cash out.
Are you insured and DBS checked?+
Yes. Harber has public liability insurance up to £1 million, and I hold an enhanced DBS check.
